“Rephrase managed the Clore Social Leadership Programme’s adoption of its first CRM system, Salesforce, beginning in March 2014. We have been highly impressed by the Rephrase team’s dedicated commitment to the design, implementation and support of the system throughout. They collaborated with various members of the Clore Social team to understand the organisation’s needs throughout a typical programme year and designed solutions using his obvious knowledge of Salesforce and third party applications. Rephrase has created processes for a variety of complex needs. This includes inputting data from an externally hosted website and developing a secure method to monitor the release of bursary payments. The various elements of the system he has designed interlink wherever possible, providing a much fuller picture to our users. They also hosted training sessions to give members of the team a greater working understanding of how to use two third party applications ¬ Conga Conductor and Form Assembly and tailored these sessions to the levels within the team very carefully and balanced background knowledge with practical tips. The Rephrase post-implementation support has been greatly valued and has helped the team incorporate Salesforce successfully into their daily working life. Rephrase are flexible in the type of support given to the team, including scheduled conference calls, face-to-face meetings, online tutorials and, via a ticketing system which allows the team to log queries and have access to all correspondence history. Rephrase’s availability has been very reassuring especially when trialling out new parts of the system for the first time and working through glitches.
