About Rephrase

Our Mission

Rephrase exists to help organisations turn messy processes and fragmented data into clearer, more effective systems.

In practice, that means understanding how work happens today, identifying where time is being lost or risk is being created, and designing a better way for the process to run.

Sometimes Salesforce is central to that. Sometimes the bigger opportunity is in the integration layer, the workflow orchestration, the reporting model or the handoff between teams.

The aim is always the same: make operations easier to run and easier to trust.

My Background

I have spent years working at the intersection of systems, process and delivery, helping organisations improve the way they operate through practical technology design.

My background includes Salesforce consulting, process mapping, data migration, workflow design and implementation.

That experience shapes the way I work today: commercially, pragmatically and with a strong focus on solving the real operational problem rather than just deploying features.

I work best where the process is important, the systems are not fully joined up, and the organisation needs a clearer, more reliable way forward.
