“Rephrase managed the Clore Social Leadership Programme’s adoption of its first CRM system, Salesforce, beginning in March 2014. We have been highly impressed by the Rephrase team’s dedicated commitment to the design, implementation and support of the system throughout. They collaborated with various members of the Clore Social team to understand the organisation’s needs throughout a typical programme year and designed solutions using his obvious knowledge of Salesforce and third party applications. "We looked at a number of different CRMs when we were introducing this into the business and Salesforce at the time offered the best solution. Salesforce was the only system that was able to be customised so that it aligned with our business processes. We have a customer helpdesk that handles new business transactions and via salesforce we are able to pass these directly to the business development team who are field based.

As a manager of the business I am able to track in real time the level of business being conducted by each colleague and monitor their activity levels, outstanding opportunities and success of marketing campaigns.

Continued development of the system with Rephrase has enabled us to recently introduce paperless contracts that can either be completed in front of clients via a mobile tablet or via email directly to the decision maker. Salesforce unlike other systems has a number of different add on links to external programs which means a ?one-size fits all? solution does not have to be adopted.
